Contracted Trench Fever in Nov last but has now fully recovered and re-joined the Unit at Sheerness30 Mar 1917: applied for a Commission and has been sent to Royal Field Artillery Cadet Officers School at Weedon, Northamptonshire
31 Dec 1917: gazetted 2nd Lieutenant Royal Field Artillery now with C Battery, 150th Army Brigade in France
30 Apr 1919: now demobilised and has resumed his position in the branch
