History while in the forces
01 Feb 1917: Mr Stevens joined at Aldershot. He was then transferred to York where he did most of his training. His Unit completed its training at Aldershot and proceeded to Salonika where they have remained ever since. Mr Stevens is now employed in the office of 21st Stationary Hospital Salonika. Since being in that country he has suffered from malaria and two breakdowns in health but is now alright06 Mar 1917: sent to Malta with malaria fever
06 Dec 1918: now at Federated Malay States Hospital, St. Albans. I understand he has recovered and will be discharged. I am applying for him to return to us.
