04 Oct 1918: joined HM Forces in August 1916 and left for France early in Dec 1916 where he received wound in left arm on Aug 30th 1918. He was then sent to 1st Birmingham War Hospital, Rednal, near Birmingham and moved to Convalescent Camp near Plymouth on 30 Sep 1918. At present in Llanion Barracks, Pembroke Dock- Surname
