History while in the forces
17 Mar 1917: Mr. John left us to join the Wireless Training College, Cardiff where he is now training13 Feb 1918: Mr. John is now in the employ of the Marconi Company as a Wireless Operator.
Mr. John remained in the employ of the Marconi Company till the end of November and during this time was on one occasion on a ship that was torpedoed.
