02 Jun 1915: received Commission in Somerset Light Infantry. After training went to France and returned wounded, shell shock. Since been back in FranceMay 1918: after resigning his Commission served with the Royal Garrison Artillery. He later received his discharge and has returned to duty at Catford Hill branch
