History while in the forces
13 Aug 1918: no further particulars received as yet. After joining up was sent to Brereton Camp, thence to Worksop. Was moved to Cologne after signing of Armistice and on returning from there was sent to Kinmel Camp, thence to Ireland. Demobilised March 192029 Mar 1920: recommenced duties at Sutton Coldfield branch
