14 Sep 1916: joined Motor Transport Army Service Corps from Porter. Is now in France.25 Sep 1917: attached to 61st Siege Battery Royal Garrison Artillery, "P" Siege Park, British Expeditionary Force, France. Now in hospital (France) suffering from pleurisy. Reported better.
30 Sep 1917: No 3 General Headquarters Ammunition Park, British Expeditionary Force, France.
28 Nov 1917: now recovered. Called here yesterday, left for France today.
15 May 1917: heard from him reports quite well.
27 Sep 1917: called here today, returned to France, last heard 15th September reported quite well.
