Draft agreement for the North South Wales Bank to acquire Leyland and Bullins. The typed document has many handwritten annotations. The original catalogue description suggested at least some of these annotations were made later by J E Wadsworth, an employee of Midland Bank who was co-researching and writing Midland's centenary history book in the 1930s. The handwritten balance sheet at the end does appear to be his addition. Other amendments, embedded in the text of the document itself, appear more likely to be contemporary. They probably reflect the details of the agreement being worked out, ahead of the deal being finalised on 15 May 1901.
