Photograph showing the branch at 36 Castle Street, Liverpool. This building operated as the head office of Leyland and Bullins from 1895, and then became a branch of the North and South Wales Bank, following the takeover in 1901. At that time, the North and South Wales Bank's own head office was very close by - at 62 Castle Street. These offices both became Midland Bank branches following the deal to purchase the North and South Wales Bank in 1908.
