Thomas Jackson (Chairman of the London Committee) is seated in the centre of the top table with 'His Excellency Li Ching Fang, Chinese Minister', [probably Li Jingfang] on his right and 'Mr Wakatsuki, Japanese Attache', [probably Wakatsuki Reijirō, later Prime Minister of Japan] on his left.
