About this collection
One Queen’s Road Central was our birthplace in the heart of Hong Kong, and remains our home today. We have watched the city grow up around us, and supported its incredible transformation into one of the world’s most vibrant metropolises. Our archives document Hong Kong’s radical landscape changes over more than 150 years. One particular set of images, captured by renowned photographer William Pryor Floyd, offers an enthralling glimpse of early Hong Kong.
